ICP Network - LEA enjoys the benefit of close relationships with more than 100 institutional investment channel partners. LEA’s ICP Database is used as a tool to simultaneously track the needs of our network. The size and status of the funds, desired investment sizes, and preferred industry niches are continuously monitored. This allows LEA to effectively understand and advise our clients on the origination process, increasing the speed and likelihood of success for clients, and ensuring we remain a trusted partner within our ICP network. At LEA we feel this network is as valuable as it is fragile, and we treat it accordingly, spending much of our time understanding the changing needs of the capital market and fostering strong relationships.
PC Database -A potential customer database is key to developing commercial success and off-taker agreements for our clients. LEA maintains an industry contact database that spans the globe and includes E&P companies, service companies, and potential technology collaboration partners. This PC database boasts thousands of entries and is the result of our team’s decades of industry experience in development and operations.
Multi-disciplinary, Dedicated Team -Identity is extremely important at LEA. Our core team and outlying channel partners are selected based on very specific skillsets. We have identified value-adding attributes to increase the potential for success for our clients and actively recruited those individuals to our team. Process
1.) LEA reviews emerging technologies/services becoming available to the energy market- with a primary focus on the water-energy nexus. This “vetting process” is continuously undergone as we are approached for origination, development, and representation services. We eliminate those we feel are not a good fit for our team and also those that we perceive a bad fit to the potential market served.
2.) Agreements are reached with chosen groups for Origination, Development, or Representation services to be rendered. LEA offers standard advisory agreements, but remains flexible to change agreement structure dependent on client needs.
3.) A dedicated project team is formed which includes necessary expertise to execute the project goals.
4a.) If the project requirements relate to representing a product or service, we begin to “push” into the commercial market via our Potential Customer Database and relevant technical knowledge within the team.
4b.) If the project requirements relate to origination and development advisory services, we first put our focus on the "front end" of our client's business, again utilising our expertise and Potential Customer database to develop commercial success and/or off-taker agreements for future products/services to be sold.
5.) When the necessary off-taker agreements or commercial installations are in place, we then move our focus to the “back end” of our clients’ business utilizing our ICP Network to complete the development process.
