Based in Houston, TX, Brad has much experience in business development, project operations, project management and business strategy. Brad brings to the team a strong background in both production and completion chemicals built when working for major companies in the energy space including:  BP, NalcoChampion, Halliburton, and Bosque. Brad has managed clients domestically and internationally throughout his career in the oil and gas industry. Internationally his clients were mainly on the African continent (Libya, Nigeria, and Angola) and the Middle East (Iraq, Oman, and the UAE). He has a proven track record of new business development and successful project management.

In addition to Brad’s industry experience he also holds a degree of B.A. in Engineering from Kennedy Western University in Agoura Hills, CA. Brad is also a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and API.

Juan Camilo Figueroa,

Based in Bogota, Colombia, Juan Camilo's career in the oil & gas sector has spanned more than a decade, with several more years in the international industrial space. He has specific experience managing water treatment and other fluids services working with Latin America's most important energy producers.

With a masters degree in sales & marketing, Mr. Figueroa brings a long, successful history of sales management skills as well as technical appication knowledge gathered from working on the most important water projects in and around Colombia. These skills make him a dynamic contributor to the LEA team.

Based in, Mexico City, D.F., Mexico, Rodolfo Cervantes is the Regional Director for Mexico at LEA. Rodolfo boasts years of experience within Mexico at managing industrial services businesses serving both public and private sectors. His experiences have brought him expertise relating to Engineering, Process, Manufacturing, Operations, International Project Management and Sales.

Rodolfo earned a degree in Chemical Engineering and Industrial Engineering at the ITESM Campus in Monterrey. His focus within LEA is to develop business in Mexico relating to LEA’s suite of represented technologies and services, grow the ICP network, and identify opportunities for integrated technology and service projects. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he uses his expertise and experience along with other accolades, namely: NACE CIP Level II and IMTA (Instituto Mexicano De Tecnologia Del Agua) certification of water treatment plant operations, contribute to LEA’s footprint in Mexico.
