Samuel is a proven private equity-backed C-level executive directly responsible for leading corporate strategy utilizing financial and economic analysis, overseeing client management, greenfield project management, M&A, contract negotiations, government affairs, real estate development, and sourcing and managing financing relationship throughout the capital structure.

His career includes domestic and international experience at Blackbuck Resources, Oxy, & Southwestern Energy in commercial strategy; business development; optimization of upstream & downstream energy operations; project management; water management, operational logistics and planning; value chain optimization; supply chain management; capital efficiency improvement projects; cost reduction initiatives, ERP implementations (SAP and Oracle); and business process redesign.
